Searching for a nanny for my twin girls had been hard. They were my world, and I wanted the best of the best for them. So, when Jessa's application came through with zero experience, it was a no for me. But when I accidentally requested an interview with her, I did the right thing and followed through. I had no intention of hiring her, let alone offering her a live-in position—I'd never had a live-in nanny.
