Depression is one of those illnesses which can hit us at any time in our lives, leaving a trail of devastation and misery in its wake. It can strike if we are feeling low, of course, but can also take effect when things seem to be going well. It can be a real challenge to find a way to get past it and often it may seem hopeless.
But, whether one believes it or not, yes, something can actually be done. There is hope! Words c?n be sh?llow ?nd this should be acknowledged, but w?lking down the p?th of suicid?l ide?tion, depression, deni?l ?nd so much more from my own experience, a loss of hope ?nd so-forth can ?ctu?lly be overcome, bit by bit in time.
Nobody c?n help us much if we don't even w?nt to try to help ourselves.
